THE TEACHING OF THE DOCTRINE

When a sinner comes to faith, he has the privilege- indeed, the obligation- of joining a local church which is the right environment for the process of spiritual perfecting- tutoring, learning, growing, maturing. That’s what we call discipleship.

Whenever we hold a crusade or a healing service , we always make sure that every local churches involved in our disciple-making programs is a Bible-centered church that will provide an effective follow-up and solid teaching to new believers. Quite often, ANC organizes monthly and annually biblical conferences in conjunction with local churches and other evangelistic associations all over the world. Our major contribution to the edification of the body of Christ is to send converts from our crusades to local churches and provide them with a wide range of teaching materials through biblical seminars, conferences or Christian literature.

A disciple is someone who learns a pattern of disciplines from a master or tutor. The teaching of the Word is the theoretical aspect of the discipleship process. The major part of this initiatory phase will be the scriptural equipment through the Bible study.

The Bible appears to be an entire library with a compilation of 66 books. In fact, a new born again Christian doesn’t need to memorize and understand every single verse thereof. Yet he needs to be taught the basics of the Christian doctrine.

The teachings will enable a disciple not only to worship God in spirit and truth but also to renew his mind . Relevant topics such as the new birth experience, the mankind redemption through the sacrifice of Christ, perfection and holiness, the Church, the baptism of the Holy spirit and the spiritual gifts, the last judgment, Hades and paradise, heaven and hell, the rapture, Armageddon, Israel and the prophecy, the millennium, etc. are elementary principles of the Christian faith that every single new believer must learn in his very first days of faith. That’s why we made it one of our burdens.
