Is there any hope for the world ? Shall the world always know poverty, war, oppression, and injustice ? Christians are to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. We must stand against the rottenness of the times.
Prophecy : rising voice when the world deciders go astray...

The Church is the prophetess , the voice of God on earth. She is called to be « the pillar and bulwark of the truth » (1Tim. 3 :15). Instead of compromising with a culpable silence, we have committed ourselves to denunciate immorality and perversion in our society. When it comes to the questions about evil and good, morality and ethics, the world need to consult the church for insight and advises. Instead of being contented with a reactive position, we are to be proactive and initiate prophetic actions such as commending the good and stigmatizing the evil in the entire society. The Church needs to make its position known among politics and Scientifics, in the dynamic of the culture , in the making and amendment of the law, in the judicial and educative systems, about bioethics research, etc. We are John the Baptist and Elijah of our time who points the finger to today’s immoral Harrods and Jezebels . Our ministry will never bargain on that matter, shall we incur the risk of martyrdom.

Advocacy : intervening when mankind is unjustly suffering. Every life in every land matters !!!

The church involvement in the real life of the society is integrant part of its mission on the earth. We need to move to actions concerning today’s sensitive social issues in order to claim a better judicial system, equity in racial challenges. We must act for the spreading of democracy and social justice across the world, we have to support and pray for the supervision of elections everywhere with freedom and transparency. The exercise of civil rights, the freedom of speech and belief are our concern. The Church is to be the timbre of voiceless marginalized people such as abused children and women, prisoners and slaves, minorities and refugees. We can help by many ways and work with human rights agencies, lawyers , physicians and other skilful experts to vindicate the feeble and the indigent under mistreatment all over the world. We must be intervening when mankind is unjustly suffering; for every life in every land matters !!!
